Prior to nowHIRE, City Line used a paper-based application process. Each applicant provided differing information, which made the process inconsistent. Additionally, storing paper applications and resumes created a space problem. nowHIRE’s ATS streamlines and standardizes the hiring process by allowing applicants to complete an application online or through the use of a kiosk set up in City Line’s lobby.

City Line chose nowHIRE because the company was able to provide all the necessary ATS components, including applicant pre-screening and qualifying, an advanced resume database and online background checks. nowHIRE also customized the Elite Business Edition to include a printable completed application in PDF format, which applicants sign off on for accuracy.
